Evaluation: In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products part 2

For my ansilary I looked at CDS and magazine adverts for artists such as Jay Z, 50 Cent and Eminem. I realised that rap seems to focus more of the image of the artist than the actual music. So I used this conventions in my DVD Cover, Inside DVD Cover and Magazine Advert I decided that the artist should be the main focus of all three, using Photoshop's image manipulation features to make him look like a force of nature by using a contrast theme, him in black and everything else in white, making him stand out and seem more threatening while looking relaxed.
